Excellent question - we love how prepared you are!
Bring the shoes you wear most often (possibly a few pairs) and any orthotics or braces you wear or have been prescribed.
It’s helpful to bring any relevant imaging reports or letters from other members of your care team too (GPs, physio, exercise physiologist or OT). Multi-disciplinary care is what we do best!

We allow online bookings up to 4 months in advance. Appointments book out quickly - be sure to secure a time.

Think about your day. Now, how difficult would it be to do all those things without your feet. Or how draining and unproductive it would be if they hurt with every step… that’s a whole lot of ouch! And who has time for that?
Feet are our independence and we only get one pair (if we’re lucky enough). Taking care of them, takes care of your independence, no matter the age, no matter the goal.
They’re pretty important, huh?
