Jess Prokopec
directing podiatrist
Jess is a solution-focused, patient-centered Podiatrist with over a decade of experience supporting people across Adelaide and the Riverland.
With a background in Human Movement, she graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2015. During her studies, Jess was awarded two of the program’s three distinguished academic prizes — an achievement rarely attained by a single student:
• The J R Pickering Prize in Appliances (highest aggregate mark in Clinical Biomechanics 400 & 401)
• The T G Mitchell Prize (highest academic achievement across Podiatry Clinical Studies, Podiatry Practice and Applied Podiatry Practice — spanning 13 subjects across the four-year degree)
Since graduating, Jess has worked across all areas of podiatry, caring for people at every stage of life — from routine foot care and toenail surgery through to complex biomechanical concerns and post-surgical rehabilitation. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting them through different seasons of life.
Proudly based in the Riverland since 2018, Jess is passionate about providing high-quality podiatry care close to home. She understands the importance of accessible, reliable healthcare in a regional community and feels privileged to support locals in staying active and independent. She has a particular interest in children’s podiatry and foot pain management, helping growing bodies and active individuals navigate challenges so they can keep up with sport, school, work and everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Jess enjoys staying active with her young family and their border collies. Whether it’s getting outdoors or embracing the rhythms of family life with a little one, she understands firsthand the physical demands placed on growing bodies and busy adults — and the important role healthy feet play in supporting it all.
Jess combines strong clinical knowledge with warmth and genuine empathy. She takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and create practical, personalised treatment plans grounded in evidence.
Her goal is simple: practical, personalised care that supports lifelong movement.

Adele Francis
Practice assistant
Since joining Move Well in late November 2023, Adele has become a much-loved part of the clinic. She plays a key role behind the scenes, keeping everything organised and running smoothly day to day — and brings her trademark infectious smile and positive energy to the team and everyone she meets.
Adele has a passion for helping others and since beginning her role at Move Well has learned a lot about the wide range of care Podiatrists can offer.
Outside of work, Adele is a social butterfly and enjoys living an active lifestyle. Her favourite activities are netball and has recently taken up running (which her kelpie pup is super thrilled about!). Adele rarely lacks for an excuse to catch up with her friends, whether it be for coffee or a wine.
